Dutch III: International Gangster

A month before Dutch's "Month of Murder" trial, Roc and Angel are imprisoned. Craze takes charge but is wary when contacted by Joseph Odouwo, Kazami's wealthy, powerful relative. Odouwo's plans may endanger them.
